Lifting straps exercises: Weights

 

HOOK: Dumbbells, Olympic bars, and cables

            Back: seated row, lat pull (cable, bar), pull-ups, DB/Olympic bar row

            Shoulders: shrugs, upright row

            Legs: dead lifts, cable squats, DB lunges/squats

 

WRAPS: Dumbbells or Olympic bars

            Back: seated row, fly, lat pull bar, pull-ups, DB/Olympic bar row

            Shoulders: DB or bar shrugs, upright row, press, lateral raise, front raise

            Legs: dead lifts, squats, dumbbell lunges/squats

            Arms: curls (supinated, hammer), triceps (pull down, kick backs)

            Chest: press, fly’s

 

ISOLATION CLIP STRAPS: Cables (all grip types and no grip)

            Back: row, fly, lat pull, pull-ups

            Shoulders: shrugs, upright row, front and side rise

            Legs: cable squat/lunge, dead lift

            Arms: curls, reverse grip triceps

            Chest: fly’s, press

 

Lifting straps exercises: Bands

 

BACK: row, fly, lat pull

SHOULDERS: lateral raise, side raise, press, internal/external rotation

ARMS: bicep curls, triceps pull down, triceps kickbacks

CHEST: fly’s, press

LEGS: squats, lunges

MULTIPLE MUSCLES:  Squat with front shoulder raise

                                          Lunge with lateral, frontal, press for shoulders

                                          Squat with a back row

                                          Lunge with a bicep curl or triceps kick back

                                          Reverse lunge with a back fly
