- For products that are in stock, we ship within 24-72 hours from the time you place your order. We ship via the United States Postal Service. Customers will be unable to opt for the carrier of their choosing. Products ship at a flat rate with the USPS.
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:

Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.

Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be special ordered.

Our shopping cart is secure and tested daily! Your credit card will be processed by Authorize.Net, the world's largest and most secure real-time credit card processor. We do not store credit card information on web site servers. Within seconds your credit card information is processed and deleted from our system. We take the security of our clients very seriously.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, then we can give you an in store credit towards new items in most cases if that item is defective. We will not refund you for opened products, but we will gladly help you find a replacement. You can return an opened product as long as you ordered it within the last 30 days. You must return the item(s) to us. We will then give you an in store credit. We can not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you have used and show normal wear and tear. We will only refund you store credit if the product is deemed defective.

All prices on our site are shown in US dollars (USD). All foreign payments should be made in this currency. If you order by credit or debit card, the credit card company or bank will automatically convert your currency to US dollars and you will be charged the appropriate amount. You may find promotions from time to time. You may use promotion codes for discounts on our website only.

Creating an account is quick, convenient, and can be accomplished by clicking on "My Account". Follow the instructions and check to see if your desired username is available and create your account.
